How to Make an Easy, Low-Fat Eggplant ?Parmesan’ Pasta Dish

Things You will Need:

½ eggplant, diced
one green pepper, diced
½ onion, diced
six modest mushrooms, diced
3 tbsp olive oil
Garlic powder
Garlic salt
Salt &amp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
3 ½ cups whole wheat elbow macaroni
1 jar Cheesy Ragu Mild Parmesan Sauce

In a medium measurement sauce pan, carry 4 cups of drinking water to a boil. Add entire wheat elbow macaroni and heat over higher heat for roughly 10 minutes or till noodles are comfortable. Drain and place apart.

Warmth olive oil about medium large heat in a frying pan. Add
eggplant, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms and sautee. Create a sprinkle of garlic powder and garlic salt, and a dash of salt and pepper to style. Pour in lemon juice and stir into eggplant combination. Heat until thoroughly sauteed.
